Eligibility:

If you face the following problems within 48 hours of delivery, you can request for a replacement or return:

  • Different product or size
  • Defected, damaged or counterfeit product
  • You haven’t used or unpacked the product

Steps to return a product:

  2. Include all received products, free gifts and all other elements.
  3. You may send it to us or ask for a pickup time.

We don’t allow return for the following issues:

  • If you use any product
  • Any damage or harm of the products due to misuse.
  • If you unable to provide all of the received elements.

Am I eligible for refund?

We can refund you for the following issues:

  • If you pay the bill in advance but the product is out of stock or unsent.
  • If the product different, damaged, defected or counterfeit.
  • If the product is unused or intact.

Expected time to refund:

For delivered parcels:

  • Generally, we require 10-15 business days after shipping back the products to us.

For non-delivered parcels:

  • We take 2-3 business days to refund the payment if you face above issues.
